Jeff @ work has kindly spread his cold round the office. I woke up with a sore throat and sniffles, and wondered if it's a cold or just a coincidence. Unfortunately my boss also woke up with a sore throat too..

Have e-mailed my sister to ask what to do, but in her position I'd probably say 'come up in a couple of weeks'. Bah :(.

Of course because it appears to be a highly infectious cold I don't think attending alternative events such as a little filmfest by one of my LJ friends would be exactly welcomed, and I probably shouldn't even go to the pub (but might anyway).

On the bright side, apart from some annoying sniffles I'm not actually feeling unwell. I hold up the joys of a yoga boosted immune system for this (at least until I eat my own words and wake up feeling crap tomorrow)

edit: Yay! My sister is stupid kind enough to invite me down anyway! Off waleswards I go!
