Yoga last night was splendid, if tough - lots of powerful back bends. Also going to retake up running - if I keep doing the yoga it shouldn't impact too badly on my hamstrings. I'm now up to a massive 10st 6lb (ok, some of that will be muscle), and running might be good to remove a small amount of podge. Currently reading
Straken on (and whilst waiting for) the train. I think I'll stop reading Terry Brooks after this as he's becoming rather derivative.

Anansi Boys - this is best described as a lighter version of
American Gods played for laughs. It's worth reading, but features a number of caricatures and is rather predictable - it would make a far better film than a book, overall.
