It may have been a little unwise to both bake a cake *and* a load of chilli at the same time. Still, now I have 8 portions of chilli sitting in the freezer. On the bright side I got to use this :
Is this not Completely Awesome? I will, however, be using the hand mixer I finally managed to locate next time, though.
( cake-ette )The main cake isn't as pretty - I took it out of the tin a bit too early and put too much cake mixture in to start, so it split someone down one side.. The spare mixture fit quite well in the ramekin type thingy, though.
Still not had time to install my quad core processor. Above piccies taken using the 'best shot' feature of my Exilim; it really does seem to make a difference as the standard default wasn't suitable for these shots (overexposed).
edit: incidentally, cake is very yummy.
